Sales Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our real estate team as a sales associate. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for working with clients to buy, and sell, properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Guide clients through the negotiation process
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Stay current with local and national real estate trends and regulations
• Attend training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS
• Active real estate license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal documents
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
