Your Residential Rental Agreement is a legally binding contract, providing protection for both you and the Residential Rental Provider. You can terminate the Rental Agreement in the following ways: If you intend to vacate at the end of your Rental Agreement you are required to give twenty-eight (28) days WRITTEN notice to the expiry of the fixed term of your agreement. Please note that at least three (3) additional business days notice must be given when mailing your written advice of intention to vacate.

I/We acknowledge that the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 states the following:

S428. TENANT MUST NOT USE BOND AS RENT

A tenant must not refuse to pay rent on the ground that the tenants intends to regard as rent paid by the tenant the bond or any part of the bond paid in respect of the rented premises. I We also acknowledge that the rent owing up to and including this vacate date is to be paid in advanced. And rent will be charged up until the keys are returned to Abercromby’s Real Estate at 1075 High Street, Armadale.
