Updated COVID-19 protocols

From 11:59 pm, 27th October 2020, private inspections can have a maximum of 10 people in addition to the real estate agent. The 10 people must be from two households only.

Private inspections will continue to be conducted with the appropriate safeguards and record keeping requirements as recommended by health authorities. When attending a private inspection, we ask you to observe our inspection policy:

  • Face masks must be worn during the inspection.
  • Refrain from physical greetings.
  • Please refrain from touching surfaces within the property.
  • Maintain a comfortable distance (at least 1.5m) from the Abercromby's sales agent.
  • We ask that you refrain from attending the property inspection if you are feeling unwell or have recently been in contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19.

Residential auctions can now be conducted outdoors with a maximum of 10 registered bidders, in addition to the people required to conduct the auction.
