In line with today's announcement by the Premier, lockdown restrictions will lift from midnight tonight. Abercromby’s office will be open from Wednesday 28th July and we are very pleased to advise that Inspections, Auctions, and Property Appraisals can now resume. Here's what you need to know:

Inspections are permitted in the form of a private appointment, with a maximum of 10 people, subject to density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm.

Auctions are permitted with a maximum patron cap of 100 people indoors or outdoors.

When attending an Auction or Appointment, we ask you to observe the following:

  • Register with the Government QR code.
  • You must wear a fitted face mask that covers your nose and mouth when indoors and outdoors.
  • Apply hand sanitiser, which will be available for your use.
  • Please refrain from touching surfaces within the property.
  • Maintain a comfortable distance (at least 1.5m) from the Abercromby's sales agent and other attendees.
  • We ask that you refrain from attending the property if you are feeling unwell or have recently been in contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19.

Should you wish to view a property exclusively with one of our agents. You can view our latest listings on our website

Please contact us if you have any questions about buying, selling or leasing. Abercromby's is here to support you, as we work through these ever changing times.
